A Journey Through Assassin's Creed Symphonic Adventure

Just like the newfound love of Formula One, video games also came late into my life. My first game was Destiny 2, and I just fell in love with the customization, to be honest (mainly because I was studying Fashion Journalism). After that, I started expanding my gaming choices and YouTube preferences. I wanted to know more about what games are popular, unique, somewhat tricky and have a bit of horror (to an extent). That’s where I learned about Assassin’s Creed and their numerous games.

I started watching some videos about the games, but then it felt like I was stepping into Star Wars, where I had gotten different suggestions on which order to play. So, I did put it off, but I always looked for an opportunity for it to show up at the right time, and it did. Last year, I had the chance to go and watch the Black Panther movie live in concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

It was amazing. Honestly, hearing the drums made my heart skip and beat so powerfully. My ears paid for my ticket choice, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Since then, I have kept my eyes out for more unique and captivating moments like those, leading me to the BBC Experience and now this immersive concert experience.

I knew the Black Panther movie and the BBC Experience would be attractive because they had plenty of content to focus on. I was curious about how this would be because I wondered how far it could go regarding video games. Not to mention, I did watch the movie, which, let’s say, had much to be desired (no shade). Once it begins, you are greeted with two familiar voices from the first game: Assassins Creed Origins: Abubakar Salim, who voices Bayek, and Alix Wilton Regan, who voices Aya.

This was a wonderful surprise, though, and I wish they had been allowed to speak more. Once I saw them, I said, “Alright, let’s ride.” Listening to the stunning orchestra and vocals, I remembered the main reason I was pulled towards games: the music. Even though you can fall out of love or lose touch with the game, the music can always pull you back. The concert was an impressive 3 hours, and I loved every second; plenty of videos are on my highlights page. Please check them out.

I honestly could go on about the game and its history because of my deep dive, but I’ll spare both you and my fingers and link to a blog I went to for help.

I hope you enjoyed this week’s post and the videos. Next week, we’ll return to fashion and discuss Fragile Beauty.

Check out my Highlights, which has more footage of the arcade!

See you then.
